How to Love Your Enemy

The Sermon on the Plain has been the focus of the scriptures in worship. The
teaching about loving our enemies and not judging people is hard to do. Jesus
never said it would be easy to follow him. In fact, he said most people would not even
try. If we look at the world today, it is apparent that he was right. If we are going to
persist in following Jesus, we are going to need God’s strength and the encouragement of each other. I will see you in church.
But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.
